Job description

**Who We Are Looking For** - 8+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years in product management and meaningful ownership of consumer mobile app products or large digital platforms. - Experience in app ecosystems, growth, engagement, customer experience, platform products, fintech, banking, payments, wealth, health-tech, consumer internet, telecom or insurtech. - Strong mobile product sense: onboarding, navigation, homepage, notifications, deep links, feature discovery, app performance, funnel optimisation and app store quality. - Excellent UX judgement and customer empathy; ability to simplify high-anxiety, complex journeys and bring clarity, trust and transparency to the customer experience. - Strong analytical and research orientation; comfort with KPIs, funnels, cohorts, customer segmentation, adoption, retention, conversion, service metrics and business impact measurement. - Ability to translate research, market trends, customer feedback and behavioural data into clear product strategy, prioritised roadmaps and measurable experiments. - Good technical fluency across APIs, app architecture trade-offs, analytics instrumentation, feature flags, experimentation, authentication, security and backend dependencies. - Practical understanding of how AI/ML and automation can be used in digital products, with sound judgement on customer trust, explainability, privacy, compliance and measurable business value. - People leadership experience - managing, mentoring or leading PMs/pods - with the ability to raise the overall product craft of the team. **What Will Make You Stand Out** - You have scaled a consumer app or major app journey from good to great, with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, retention or service adoption. - You combine customer intuition with evidence - using research, analytics, experimentation and market understanding to make sharp product decisions. - You can connect customer experience, technology choices and business outcomes without becoming a delivery/project manager. - You have used, or can thoughtfully identify, AI-enabled product opportunities that reduce friction, improve personalisation and make service experiences faster and more reassuring. - You are excited by the challenge of making insurance more useful, accessible and engaging - not just at purchase, but across the full customer lifecycle.
