We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **ICSS/DCS Engineer** with **5–8 years of experience in Control System Engineering** for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, or Industrial Automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for the engineering and analytical support of **Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS)** and **Distributed Control Systems (DCS)** deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of control system architecture, functional design specifications, safety systems, and engineering standards, with hands-on experience in major DCS/ICSS platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Review P&IDs, process documents, and instrument specifications for control system implementation. - Design and implement DCS, ESD, PLC, and SCADA integration solutions. - Develop and/or review control system deliverables including Control Philosophy, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&E), Alarm Philosophy and Alarm Lists, Instrument Index and Tag Database, I/O Lists, System Architecture and Cabinet Layout Drawings, etc,. - Prepare/review control narratives, logic diagrams, and interlock descriptions. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Automation Engineering/Related Engineering Discipline - 5–8 years of experience in Control System Engineering. Work Experience - Proven experience in ICSS/DCS projects from FEED, detailed engineering, execution, commissioning, and startup phases. - Experience in international EPC or engineering service environments including Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, or Industrial Automation sectors. - Knowledge of communication interfaces using Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and other industrial protocols. - Knowledge of Industry standards applicable to Oil & Gas and Process Automation (IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISA 84, ISA 18.2) - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of process control principles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Certifications (Optional) - TÜV Functional Safety Engineer - ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) - Vendor-specific DCS Certifications (Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens) This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to challenging automation projects while developing technical and leadership capabilities within a dynamic engineering environment.
