**Role & responsibilities** We are seeking compassionate and experienced ICU/Critical Care Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ICU settings and be confident in managing critically ill, post-operative, ventilator, tracheostomy, or long-term care patients outside the hospital environment. - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and post-hospitalization patients at home. - Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition regularly. - Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and prescribed treatments. - Manage patients requiring ventilator support, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, BiPAP/CPAP, feeding tubes, urinary catheters, and other critical care procedures. - Perform suctioning, wound care, catheter care, and infection control practices.
