Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead

**Key Skills:** IAM, IDMC, Identity Access Management, ForgeRock developer, Java Script, Interpersonal Skills, Communications, Problem Solving, Azure AD **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Deliver clean, maintainable identity lifecycle management solutions using ForgeRock IDM. - Own governance for IDM connector development, including design, implementation, and quality checks. - Configure and customize ForgeRock components (including AM, DS, and IG) to support secure access and identity flows. - Design, deploy, and maintain IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to enterprise systems. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IDM performance and security; keep identity sources in sync with data quality checks. **Skills Required:** - 10 - 15 years of experience in identity lifecycle management and IAM/IDM component leadership - Java Script (including scripting used in IAM/IDM implementations) - Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and identity lifecycle management delivery - ForgeRock developer experience, including hands-on work on ForgeRock IDM component solutions - IDMC and IAM solution integration, configuration, and maintenance for enterprise applications Good to Have: - Azure AD **Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
