Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager \\_** **Manager Information Technology to** join **Infrastructure Services -CAT IT Division** The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager is responsible for leading a global offshore IAM delivery team supporting enterprise identity, access governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle processes. This role manages a team of IAM analysts, engineers, and third-party resources while ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient delivery of IAM services aligned with enterprise cybersecurity objectives. The successful candidate will possess broad knowledge across IAM domains, strong people leadership capabilities, operational management experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across IAM processes and technologies . The preference for this role is to be based out of **Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore -KA** **What you will do** **Team Leadership & Resource Management** - Lead, coach, and develop an offshore team of IAM analysts, engineers, and contractors. - Manage workload distribution, resource planning, capacity management, and delivery commitments. - Establish performance goals, monitor team productivity, and drive operational excellence. - Partner with onshore leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and outcomes. - Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning activities. **IAM Operations & Service Delivery** - Oversee day-to-day IAM operations including: - User provisioning and deprovisioning - Joiner, mover, and leaver processes - Access requests and approvals - Access certifications and reviews - Privileged access management (PAM) - Directory services and identity lifecycle management - Ensure adherence to established service levels and operational metrics. - Drive incident resolution and problem management for IAM-related issues. **Governance, Risk & Compliance** - Support enterprise IAM governance and compliance initiatives. - Ensure timely execution of access certifications and access reviews. - Partner with audit, compliance, and security teams to address findings and remediation activities. - Monitor adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards. **Technology & Continuous Improvement** - Maintain working knowledge of enterprise IAM platforms and technologies. - Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency. - Support implementation and modernization of IAM tools, workflows, and integrations. - Participate in strategic IAM initiatives and roadmap execution. **Stakeholder Management** - Serve as a key liaison between cybersecurity, infrastructure, application teams, and business stakeholders. - Communicate operational status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership. - Build strong partnerships to drive adoption of IAM controls and best practices. **What you will have** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Information Security. - 3+ years of people management experience leading global or offshore teams. - Strong understanding of: - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) - Access Certification - Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) - Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Active Directory / Entra ID - Single Sign-On (SSO) - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Federation and Directory Services - User Lifecycle Management - Experience managing vendors, contractors, and managed service providers. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - **This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.** - **Shift Timing:06:00PM -03:00AM IST(US Shift)** **Preferred Qualifications** - CISSP, CISM, CIAM, CGEIT, or relevant IAM certifications. - Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar IAM platforms. - Experience operating in Agile and product-based delivery models. - Experience supporting large global enterprises. **Skills desired:** **Business Acumen:** Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
