Job description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, confident, and technically authoritative Principal IDAM End-to-End Solution Designer/Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions within a large-scale telecom environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership across the IDAM landscape, defining end-to-end identity journeys, integration patterns, security controls, and operational processes. They will work closely with technology, cyber security, operations, cloud, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally effective identity solutions. This is a senior leadership role requiring a self-driven individual who can quickly establish credibility, challenge existing approaches where appropriate, simplify complex solutions, and drive strategic outcomes aligned with security and regulatory requirements.
