**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide application support to resolve technical issues related to IICS (Integrated Information Control System) software. - Perform root cause analysis on reported incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Offer production support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents, escalating critical issues when necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements for ITIL-aligned incident management processes. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles with expertise in IICS software. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc.,B.Tech.,). - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and methodologies; knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques is an added advantage.
