Job description

**Role:** Accessibility Tester **Experience:** 4+ Years Key Requirements: - Minimum **4 years of experience** in Accessibility Testing for both **Web and Native Mobile Applications**. - Strong understanding of **WCAG 2.1/2.2**, **Section 508**, and Accessibility compliance standards. - Good knowledge of **HTML semantics**, including headings, forms, tables, lists, landmarks, and ARIA. - Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as **Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights**, etc. - Experience working with assistive technologies and screen readers like **JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack**. - Ability to identify, document, and track accessibility defects with clear remediation guidance. - Strong collaboration skills to work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure accessibility compliance across applications. - Experience in accessibility audits, validation, and reporting for web and mobile platforms.
