**Skill Requirement for AI/ML & LLM Testing Specialist** Proven experience in **AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) testing**, including **LLM evaluation frameworks, RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) validation, and agentbased workflow testing**. Strong understanding of **Responsible AI principles**, with handson capability in **fairness, bias, and transparency testing**. Practical exposure to **model governance and drift detection**, ensuring model reliability and regulatory compliance.
