**Role Overview:** **We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Training to lead and manage training operations for an International E-commerce Inbound process. The role requires a strong background in BPO training, inbound customer service programs, and team capability development. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and proven experience managing training teams and stakeholders.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Manage end-to-end training lifecycle for inbound e-commerce customer support processes** - **Design and deliver new hire training, refresher training, and upskilling programs** - **Lead training batches and ensure successful certification and throughput** - **Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, nesting performance, and KPIs** - **Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps** - **Develop training content, SOPs, modules, and process updates** - **Manage trainers and ensure training delivery standards are maintained** - **Publish training dashboards and reports for leadership review** - **Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training methodology** **Eligibility Criteria** - **Minimum 5+ years overall experience in BPO training** - **At least 1+ year on-paper experience as Assistant Manager Training** - **Must have handled Domestic Inbound processes** - **Graduation is mandatory** - **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** - **Strong stakeholder management and team handling ability** - **Preferred from Chennai locations** **Preferred Skills** - **Experience in inbound customer service training programs** - **Strong presentation and facilitation skills** - **Data-driven approach to training effectiveness** - **Exposure to LMS and training dashboards** - **Process transition or ramp-up training experience is an added advantage** **Interested candidate please connect overNandhiniA1@hexaware.com@hexaware.com, or on 7358342513**
