We boldly go. **Where is the work:** Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. **What's in it for you:** As Nuvolo’s Implementation Specialist, you will be assisting in the implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s), leveraging your strong background in ServiceNow and utilizing Nuvolo’s Global Services Delivery model. You will participate in Delivery Projects by scripting and configuring the product to meet the client’s requirements. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the platform’s best practices and industry standards. **What you will do:** - Develop and configure web services within the EAM platform built on ServiceNow. - Configure and customize various Nuvolo Connected Workplace products to meet business and client requirements. - Work with web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP. - Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis activities across modules and applications. - Build and maintain platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and related platform capabilities. - Support and enhance Service Catalog solutions based on business needs. - Work with Service Portal and UI Builder to create and improve user experiences. - Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other platform integration capabilities. - Assist in assessing client product usage and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and increased value. - Perform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews to ensure quality and reliability of solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. - Contribute to documentation of technical designs, configurations, and development standards **What you will bring:** - Over 4+ years hands-on experience of the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript. - Understanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices. - Knowledge of fundamental database concepts. - Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients. - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
