" **Job Description & Summary:** Own end ‑ to ‑ end solution design and delivery on **Finacle or Oracle Flexcube (FCUBS)** for retail banking across **deposits, retail lending, and payments** . Lead parameterization governance, integrations, data migration, non ‑ functional assurance, and release readiness. Partner with Business, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and IT/Vendors to deliver compliant, scalable solutions with **high STP** , **low defect leakage** , and **production stability** . Mentor junior consultants and establish best practices. **Responsibilities:** - Convert business goals into **solution designs** and **FSD/TSD** , covering product setup, accounting/GL, limits, charges, user roles/controls, and E2E customer journeys. - Govern **configuration/parameterization** (schemes/products, interest/charges, GL mapping), ensure change traceability, regression scope, and environment consistency. - Architect and validate **integrations** with channels and third parties ( **APIs/REST/SOAP** , **MQ** , **file/batch** ); define error handling, idempotency, reconciliation, and retry strategies; manage **EOD/BOD** impacts. - Drive **non** ‑ **functional** outcomes: performance baselining, capacity planning, resiliency (HA/DR), security/entitlements/SoD, and observability (logs/alerts/dashboards). - Plan and lead **SIT/UAT** and **cutover** : author risk ‑ based test scenarios (reversals, chargebacks/returns, preclosures, reschedules, **NPA/IRAC** tagging, holiday/calendar edge cases), manage defect triage to closure, and ensure deployment readiness. - Create **data migration** strategy and validations (trial loads, dry runs, control totals, GL balancing); perform SQL/PL ‑ SQL checks and Unix/shell log analysis; support production incident RCA. - Ensure compliance with **RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI** guidelines; embed maker–checker/four ‑ eyes controls and audit trails across configurations and processes. **Mandatory skill sets:** Flexcube **Preferred skill sets:** - **Finacle** : Experience with **Finacle Integrator (FI)** , custom components/reports, and performance tuning. - **Flexcube** : Deep understanding of **FCUBS/OFS** data model; experience with **parameter migration** and release packaging; familiarity with **OBDX** (digital channels). - Payments expertise ( **UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS** ), reconciliation & settlements; awareness of **ISO 8583** and **ISO 20022** mapping. - Familiarity with **DevOps/CI** ‑ **CD** practices, Git/SVN; tools such as **Jira/Confluence** , **ServiceNow** (or equivalent). - Certifications (ITIL/PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum) and **Lean/Six Sigma** mindset. - Strong **Excel** & **PowerPoint** for management communication and governance forums. **Years of experience required:** - **6–9 years** as a **techno** ‑ **functional consultant** on **Finacle or Oracle Flexcube (FCUBS)** , leading multi ‑ module changes (deposits/lending/payments). - Strong **SQL/PL** ‑ **SQL** , **Unix/shell** , and core banking data model knowledge; hands ‑ on with **API/MQ/batch** integrations and reconciliation. - Proven track record in **UAT/go** ‑ **live leadership** , **cutover planning** , and **production stabilization** . - Solid understanding of **regulatory/compliance** requirements: **RBI** , **KYC/AML** , **FATCA/CRS** , **NPCI** (payments), and **IRAC/NPA** norms. **Education qualification:** - Any **Postgraduate/Professional degree** **Education** *(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)* Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of EngineeringDegrees/Field of Study preferred: **Certifications** *(if blank, certifications not specified)* **Required Skills** Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking **Optional Skills** Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Reasoning, Application Software, Business Data Analytics, Business Manage
