We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.   **Responsibilities:**   **Experience**   –   5-   1 0   Years   Job Description for SAP   Datasphere       - Excellent technical know-how and hands on experience in SAP   Datasphere, BW 4 HANA ,   BWonHana     ,   BW   & ABAP. - Hands-on experience   in   design ,   building   data models, views   and   semantic layers for analytics consumption   in   SAP   Datasphere. - Experience in integrating   data   pipelines ,   replication flows, DAC,   integrating SAP   S/4 HANA ,ECC   and non-SAP sources . - Develop and maintain SAP BW objects including -Info Providers   (ADSO,   Composite Provider , Open ODS Views ), Transformations , DTPs, Process Chains . - Perform ed   ABAP development for data extraction, custom logic, enhancements, and performance optimization . - Lead or contribute to BW to SAP Datasphere migration/conversion initiatives, including Object   assessment, Data   model redesign using Datasphere best   practices ,   Validation   and reconciliation of migrated data .   - Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and future extensibility . - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analytics teams to understand reporting and data requirements . - Support integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other reporting/BI tools . - Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning - Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security, and data governance guidelines - End to end development experience in SAP BW4HANA Modelling using ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS views, Transformations, BEX Queries and Native HANA & exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process . - Aware about LSA ++ standard methodology and performance optimization concepts, handling complex transformations using ABAP etc - Experience in   Bex   Query Designer, Customer Exits Variables, Roles & Authorization - Strong   **SQL   Experience** and AMDP Scripts, Start/End/Exit/Expert/Field Routines ), Function Module   and BADIs,   **good**   in debugging ABAP Code. - Functional knowledge of   **SAP modules**   (SD, MM, FICO,   PM , HR etc. ). - Experience in mapping business requirements to the technical architecture design and data mode . - Knowledge of any Reporting tool like (SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects etc.) will be plus   Ways to Stand Out   From   the   Crowd:-   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and oral interpersonal skills, interaction with multinational clients. - Analyse   and recommend improvements to current deployed system - Ability to design and provide solutions to applications in all stages of the SDLC. - Ability to communicate complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users. - Advanced knowledge of distributed, heterogeneous scalable systems   design . - Ability to work under tight and strict timelines. - Able to drive workshops with the business to gather requirements an
