To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. **Role Summary** We are hiring a Director - Contract & Spend Analytics with approximately 12 years of experience in contract analytics , spend analytics, commercial analysis, procurement advisory, and value-led transformation. The role is suited for a Big 4 consulting professional who can translate contract and spend data into measurable business outcomes, including cost optimization, leakage reduction, revenue enhancement, risk mitigation, and improved commercial governance. **Responsibilities** - Lead contract and spend analytics engagements across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, commercial operations, and revenue assurance. - Use structured analytics to identify savings opportunities, maverick spend , contract leakage, pricing non-compliance, supplier consolidation potential, working capital improvements, and revenue uplift opportunities. - Own end-to-end delivery including data discovery, spend classification, contract abstraction, baseline development, opportunity sizing, business case preparation, implementation planning, and value tracking. - Advise senior client stakeholders on commercial governance, contract performance management, procurement analytics, revenue leakage controls, and digital enablement roadmaps. - Support business development through proposals, diagnostics, solution design, client workshops, pursuit support, and account growth initiatives. - Collaborate with consulting, procurement, legal, finance, technology, tax, risk, and client business teams to deliver integrated outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while building reusable analytics assets, accelerators, methodologies, and delivery playbooks. Candidate Profile - Approximately 12 years of relevant experience in contract analytics, spend analytics, procurement analytics, commercial transformation, strategic sourcing, and agentic AI transformation of Source to Contract function. - Prior experience in a Big 4, leading consulting firm, global capability center, or large enterprise transformation environment is strongly preferred. - Qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, economics, finance, statistics, supply chain, or a related discipline; MBA, CA, or procurement certifications will be an advantage. - Proven experience delivering measurable cost optimization, spend rationalization, supplier consolidation, contract compliance, revenue enhancement, margin improvement, and leakage reduction outcomes. - Strong ability to convert fragmented contract , spend, supplier, finance, and operational data into executive-ready insights, opportunity pipelines, and implementation roadmaps. - Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, stakeholder management, team development, collaboration across functions, and capability building. - Experience in shaping solutions, growing accounts, supporting GTM campaigns, and contributing to business development KPIs is preferred. Preferred Background - Experience across sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure, airlines, logistics, IT/ITES, professional services, consumer markets, healthcare, or technology. - Exposure to ERP, procurement, CLM, spend intelligence, contract analytics, visualization, workflow, or AI-enabled analytics platforms. - Track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, revenue uplift, margin improvement, risk reduction, working capital benefit, compliance improvement, and operational efficiency.
