**Job Profile** **:** At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Those in independence, ethics and business conduct at PwC facilitates adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity within the organisation. Working in this area, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities** : - Demonstrate expertise in investigating employee-related matters with empathy, objectivity, and discretion, while evaluating risks, benefits, and mitigation strategies to make informed recommendations. - Engage and influence leaders and other firm personnel to reinforce PwC’s purpose and values and promote an ethical culture. - Develop and execute internal communication programs to enhance awareness of Ethics policies. - Design and deliver high-quality, impactful Ethics training across different career levels. - Possess strong knowledge of the PoSH Act, 2013, including the compliance framework under the Act. - Understand business reporting processes and requirements. **Mandatory skill sets** : - Ability to effectively leverage AI tools where relevant - Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) will be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities **Preferred skill sets:** - High attention to detail with a meticulous and committed approach - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing **Years of experience required:** 5–8 years of professional experience, with prior exposure to employee relations matters **Education qualification:** Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / LLB or other relevant qualification
