**Job Description & Summary** **We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for roles.** **The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of recruitment experience** **industry, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions. This role will be responsible for** **managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent in the** **domain.** - Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality professionals. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Lead and mentor a hiring team, ensuring delivery on aggressive hiring needs. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions. - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, **to identify potential candidates.** - Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment . - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. - Mandatory skill sets - Talent Acquisition/ Recruitments/ Hiring - Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies. - Preferred skill sets - Experience in a corporate recruitment environment. - Certification in HR or recruitment - Year of experience required - Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for various roles. - Educational Qualification - Any graduate or PG in Hr
