To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. **About the Team**   The Aerospace &   Defence   (A&D) practice works with government organizations,   defence   PSUs, armed forces, OEMs, startups, and private sector companies across strategy, transformation, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, M&A, offsets, localization, and capability development initiatives.   The team supports clients across the end-to-end   defence   and aerospace ecosystem, including   defence   modernization, indigenization, industrial participation, advanced manufacturing, drones/UAVs,   counter drones,   aerospace systems, shipbuilding,   defence   electronics, and emerging technologies.   **Responsibilities**   - Support strategic consulting engagements across aerospace,   defence , homeland security, and advanced manufacturing sectors. - Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity identification, and industry analysis. - Support business case development, investment analysis, and growth strategy formulation for clients. - Work on   defence   ecosystem development, localization, offsets, supply chain, and industrial partnership initiatives. - Assist   in   programme   management office (PMO) activities, implementation tracking, stakeholder coordination, and governance support. - Conduct policy, regulatory, and capability assessments related to   defence   and aerospace sectors. - Develop client presentations, reports, proposals, and executive-level communication materials. - Support business development initiatives, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities. Preferred Areas of Exposure  Experience i n:   - Aerospace and   defence   sector - Defence   manufacturing and industrialization - UAVs/drones , counter   drones   and autonomous systems - Defence   electronics, radar, EW, communication systems - MRO, aviation, and aerospace supply chain - Applications of AI in   defence - Defence   procurement and acquisition processes - Technology transfer and localization - Advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 - Government advisory and public sector transformation **Mandatory skill sets:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and report-writing capabilities. - Ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights. - Strong communication   and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple stakeholders. - Understanding of   the aerospace and   defence   ecosystem is preferred.   **Preferred skill sets:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and report-writing capabilities. - Ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights. - Strong communication   and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple stakeholders. - Understanding of   the aerospace and   defence   ecosystem is preferred. **Years of experience required:** 4-6 **Education Qualification:** - B.Tech   in Engineerin g   A eronautical,Aerospace , Electronics,Mechanical , Electrical,Industrial ,or   related   disciplines - MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred. - Consultant role: 1 – 3   years of consulting, strategy,   defence , aerospace, manufacturing, or related industry experience   preferred. - Senior consultant role: 4-6 years   of consulting, strategy,   defence , aerospace, manufacturing,   client facing roles   or related industry   experience   preferred. **Education** *(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)* Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Technology Degrees/Field of Study preferred: **Certifications** *(if blank, certifications not specifi
