To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. **About the Team**   The Aerospace &   Defence   (A&D) practice works with government organizations,   defence   PSUs, armed forces, OEMs, startups, and private sector companies across strategy, transformation, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, M&A, offsets, localization, and capability development initiatives.   The team supports clients across the end-to-end   defence   and aerospace ecosystem, including   defence   modernization, indigenization, industrial participation, advanced manufacturing, drones/UAVs,   counter drones,   aerospace systems, shipbuilding,   defence   electronics, and emerging technologies.   **Responsibilities**   - Support strategic consulting engagements across aerospace,   defence , homeland security, and advanced manufacturing sectors. - Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity identification, and industry analysis. - Support business case development, investment analysis, and growth strategy formulation for clients. - Work on   defence   ecosystem development, localization, offsets, supply chain, and industrial partnership initiatives. - Assist   in   programme   management office (PMO) activities, implementation tracking, stakeholder coordination, and governance support. - Conduct policy, regulatory, and capability assessments related to   defence   and aerospace sectors. - Develop client presentations, reports, proposals, and executive-level communication materials. - Support business development initiatives, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities.
