To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. **Job Description & Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Manager – Finance Managed Services (Solutions & Transitions)** to join our high-growth Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing practice. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end solution design and seamless transition delivery for Finance Managed Services engagements. The incumbent will act as the key bridge between pre-sales/pursuits, transition execution, and steady-state operations — ensuring commercial viability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across the lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** **🔷** 1. Solution Design & Pursuit Support - Lead the end-to-end solutioning of Finance Managed Services deals (F&A BPO/BPS) including scoping, pricing, operating model design, and commercial structuring . - Develop compelling, client-ready proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations in collaboration with sales, commercial, and delivery teams. - Design target operating models (TOMs) across core finance towers: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure -to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Treasury. - Define service delivery frameworks — onshore/offshore/nearshore models, headcount mix, SLAs/KPIs, and tooling/technology stack . - Conduct solution workshops, orals/presentations, and client due diligence sessions during the pursuit lifecycle. 🔷 2. Transition Management & Delivery - Lead and govern the transition of Finance Managed Services contracts from deal-sign to steady-state operations, ensuring on-time , on-budget, and within- scope delivery. - Develop and execute detailed Transition Project Plans (TPPs) including knowledge transfer (KT), process documentation, talent onboarding, and governance setup. - Manage stakeholder communication — client CFOs, Controllers, Finance Heads, and internal delivery/operations leads . - Drive risk identification and mitigation during transitions, ensuring business continuity and zero-disruption commitments are met. - Establish operational readiness criteria and sign-off mechanisms before steady-state handover. - Oversee parallel run, mock run, and go-live phases ensuring quality benchmarks are achieved. 🔷 3. Transformation & Innovation - Embed automation, AI/GenAI, and intelligent process automation (IPA) levers into solution and transition blueprints to drive cost efficiency and quality outcomes. - Partner with transformation and technology teams to incorporate tools such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine , Workday, Coupa, and RPA/AI platforms into managed service offerings. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities post-transition and support delivery teams in achieving contracted outcomes. 🔷 4. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management - Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client finance leadership and key procurement stakeholders. - Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and escalation management during the transition period. - Act as a single point of accountability (SPOC) for client-facing solution and transition commitments. 🔷 5. Practice Development & Thought Leadership - Contribute to developing reusable solution accelerators, transition playbooks, and pricing models for the Finance Managed Services practice. - Mentor and guide junior solutioning and transition team members. - Stay current with industry trends in Finance Shared Services, GBS (Global Business Services), and F&A outsourcing benchmarks. **Mandatory skill sets:** - **12+ years** of overall experience in Finance & Accounting with a minimum of **5–7 years
