Join us to shape the future of   Power / Energy sector through innovation,   teamwork   and deep   expertise .     **Responsibilities:**   Livelihood   Development:Facilitate   initiatives to support rural livelihoods through innovative solutions in the farm and non-farm sectors.    Marketing Expertise: Lead marketing strategies for farm and non-farm products, including food processing, handloom, handicrafts, and tourism-related enterprises like homestays. - Product   Development:Develop   and promote products tailored   for   farm and non-farm sectors.    Value Chain   Development:Build , support, and enhance sustainable value chains.    Sector Collaboration: Work with agriculture startups, food processing units, and enterprises in handloom, handicraft, and tourism sectors to bolster entrepreneurship and market accessibility.    Strategic Partnerships:   Collaborate with organizations like Amazon and   Blinkit   to enhance marketing capabilities for local products.   Marketing   Research:Conduct   research to   identify   market trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation.    Experience & Qualifications -    Work Experience:   Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on marketing   farm   and non-farm products.    Sector   Expertise:Proven   track record   of working in agriculture startups, food processing, handloom & handicrafts, tourism, and allied sectors.    Value Chain Development:   D emonstrated   experience in developing and supporting value chains for rural enterprises.    Marketing Knowledge:   Extensive experience in marketing strategies, marketing research, and product development.    Educational   Qualification:Bachelor’s   or Master’s degree (specific qualification type not provided but advanced degree preferred).    Preferred Sector Expertise Candidates with prior experience working with organizations such as Amazon and   Blinkit   will be highly regarded.
