We are   seeking   a creative and analytical Senior Associate with a background in architecture and urban planning to join our dynamic Urban & Housing Advisory team.**   **This role is for a professional who can bridge the gap between physical design and strategic policy. You will be a key member of our project teams, contributing your technical planning   expertise   to high-impact government advisory engagements. You will help shape sustainable, livable, and economically   viable   urban spaces for communities across the country.**   **Responsibilities**   - **Conceptualization & Master Planning:** - **Develop innovative Concept Plans, master plans, and layout designs for large-scale housing, townships, and urban development projects.** - **Translate strategic   objectives   into tangible spatial plans and design frameworks.** - **Technical & Feasibility Assessment:** - **Prepare Block Cost Estimates and preliminary financial assessments for projects to   determine   initial viability and scale.** - **Conduct comprehensive Demand Assessments for housing, commercial, and mixed-use developments to inform project scope and design.** - **Policy & Strategic Advisory:** - **Apply a strong understanding of the key initiatives and schemes of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs ( MoHUA ) (e.g., Smart Cities Mission, AMRUT, PMAY-Urban, etc.) to client projects.** - **Support the development of Vision Plans, City Development Plans (CDPs), and long-term Urban Development Strategies for government clients. (Prior experience in this area will be an added advantage).** - **Project Support & Reporting:** - **Exhibit excellent report writing skills by authoring and contributing to high-quality project reports, feasibility studies, and client presentations.** - **Effectively support the supervisory team by providing robust technical analysis, managing specific workstreams, and ensuring the   timely   delivery of project milestones.** - **Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including financial analysts, PPP experts, and policy specialists.** **Qualifications & Experience**   - **Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture   ( B.Arch ) AND a Master's degree in Urban Planning   ( M.Plan ) or a related field from a premier institution is mandatory.** - **Experience: 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the Urban and Housing sector.** - **Domain Expertise: Demonstrable experience working on Government projects related to Urban Development, Housing Development, and Real Estate Development.** **Required Skills & Competencies**   **Areas of Expertise (Must-Have):**   - **Urban Planning: Proven ability to develop concept plans and master plans.   Proficiency   in relevant design and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS) is essential.** - **Cost Estimation: Experience in preparing block-level or preliminary cost estimates for urban projects.** - **Demand & Market Analysis: Skills in conducting demand assessments and market studies for real estate and housing.** - **Government Schemes & Policies: Strong familiarity with the programs, policies, and guidelines of   MoHUA   and other relevant government bodies.** **Professional Attributes:**   - **Report Writing: Exceptional ability to create clear, concise, and professional reports and documentation.** - **Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.** - **Team Collaboration: A proactive team player with a proven ability to support project leadership and work effectively in a collaborative environment.** - **Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.** **Personal Attributes:**   - **A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.** - **Self-motiv
