" **Job Description & Summary:**   **Servicenow   Test Lead, quality engineering**   We are looking for Test   Lead   to join   GRC   team. This role requires strong leadership   skill   and domain   skill   on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk   Events   and Risk profile reporting.     **Responsibilities:**   Experience   :   2-9 Years   ( Minimum   4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in leadership role)   Key skills-  ServiceNow IRM QA   Functional ServiceNow IRM Tester   Integrated Risk Management   QA - STLC lifecycle and knowledge on anyone of the testing tool   ADO + ServiceNow ATF is good to have   skill   set.   ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla.   Selenium + Java and Playwright are good to have skill set   Core competency must be ServiceNow IRM and testing tool (ADO, Jira, Snow testing   tool   or Bugzilla)   ServiceNow Business Domain : IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk   profile reporting .    - ServiceNow IRM QA - Functional ServiceNow IRM Tester - Integrated Risk Management - QA - STLC lifecycle and knowledge on anyone of the testing tool - ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla. - Compliance Management – Compliance   Testing , Compliance   Tooling - Issue Management - Incident Management - Control Testing - PRC Taxonomy - Advanced Risk & Compliance Management - Thought leadership, consultation, mentoring & guidance for design, development, and execution of IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting functional/regression testing - Collaborate   with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases. - Define and manage   **end-to-end test scenarios**   covering all business scenarios for each Tower with in GRC program - Work closely with the Product Dev and Business teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements. - Design and   maintain   **test plans, test   strategies** and test data sets for various LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD). - Conduct   **impact analysis**   for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and   identify   required test coverage. - Provide   **test reporting** , defect analysis, and   **UAT support**   during releases. - Recommend improvements to   **test strategy** , automation coverage, and DevOps integration - Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline **Mandatory skill sets:**   Must-Have Skills & Experience:  - **4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC**   domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management - **2+ years of experience in leadership role** to manage GRC Program Team - Strong understanding of   **agile testing methodologies** , Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and test lifecycle - ADO + ServiceNow ATF is good to have   skill   set. - Selenium + Java and Playwright are good to have skill set   **Preferred skill sets:**   Preferred Qualifications:  - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration - Prior experience working in large global financial institutions - Excellent documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills   **Years of experience   required :**   4 years to 6 years   **Education qualification:**   - BR+E, Btech **Education** *(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)* Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration Degrees/Field of Study preferred: **Certifications** *(if blank, certifications not specified)* **Required Skills** ServiceNow Platform **Optional Skills** Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Accounting and Financia
