" **Job Description & Summary**   We are seeking a Senior Associate – Veeva Clinical Consultant with 4– 7   years of experience in implementing and supporting Veeva Clinical applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring Veeva Clinical solutions, gathering business requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical technology solutions for life sciences organizations.   **Responsibilities**   - Configure and support Veeva Clinical applications, including Study Startup, eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, or Vault Clinical Suite. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders to understand clinical process requirements. - Perform application configuration, testing, validation support, and deployment activities. - Support data migration, integrations, and system enhancements. - Create functional documentation, user guides, test scripts, and training materials. - Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations. - Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and production support. - Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory requirements. - Stay updated with new Veeva Vault Clinical releases and recommend process improvements. **Required Skills**   - 4–6 years of IT/Consulting experience in Life Sciences. - Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical applications. - Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical operations. - Experience in application configuration and functional consulting. - Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and testing practices. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working with global clients is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications**   - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. - Veeva Vault Clinical certification is preferred. - Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or data migration is an added advantage.   - **Mandatory skill sets:** Veeva Vault - **Preferred skill sets:**   Vault Veeva - **Years of experience required:** 4   to   7   years - **Education qualification:** BE, Btech   **Education** *(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)* Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: **Certifications** *(if blank, certifications not specified)* **Required Skills** Veeva Vault **Optional Skills** Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Application Software, Business Model Development, Business Process Modeling, Business Systems, Communication, Creativity, Developing Training Materials, Embracing Change, Emerging Technologies, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Software, Implementation Research, Implementation Support, Implementing Technology, Inclusion, Innovative Design, Intellectual Curiosity, IT Infrastructure, Learning Agility {+ 18 more} **Desired Languages** *(If blank, desired languages not specified)* **Travel Requirements** **Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?** **Government Clearance Required?** **Job Posting End Date** July 20, 2026
