Job Description & Summary: The Associate Director will be an accomplished finance professional responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and business partnering. The role requires a strategic mindset to support business growth, strengthen financial controls, and deliver high-quality decision support. The incumbent will lead and mentor a finance team, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee risk management, and drive process improvements and automation within finance operations. Job Position Title: IN\\_Senior Manager\\_FPNA\\_Finance\\_Gurgaon Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. - Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and recommendations. - Oversee financial risk management and ensure internal controls are in place. - Provide financial insights and due diligence support for business development and new opportunities. - Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external partners. - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Liaise with teammates and SPOCs during pressing timelines and statutory deadlines. Mandatory skill sets: - Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Strong accounting background and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Ind AS, Indian GAAP, and statutory reporting. - Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle). - Hands-on experience using AI tools in various finance verticals. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work under stringent timelines and handle pressing situations. - Flexibility to support the team during statutory deadlines and ad hoc assignments. - Capability to take on new challenges. Preferred skill sets: - Strategic mindset and leadership capability. - Experience in risk management and operational improvement. Years of experience required: 10-12 years of experience. Education qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
