**Associate Director – GenAI Experience Lab Lead** **Location –** Gurgaon **Line of Service:** IFS **Competency:** Markets / AI Go-To-Market **Job Description And Summary** The GenAI Experience Lab is PwC India's flagship AI innovation and client engagement platform, designed to help organizations explore, envision, and accelerate AI-led transformation. The Lab brings together PwC's industry expertise, technology capabilities, alliance ecosystem, and innovation assets to create immersive experiences that translate AI potential into measurable business outcomes. We are seeking an Associate Director to lead executive engagement through the GenAI Experience Lab and drive AI-led business opportunities across priority accounts and sectors. This market-facing role requires strong executive presence, consultative selling skills, business acumen, and a solid understanding of Generative AI and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will engage senior business and technology leaders to shape AI transformation agendas, identify high-value opportunities, design solution approaches, and convert strategic conversations into revenue-generating pursuits. **Job Position Title:** Associate Director – GenAI Experience Lab Lead **Responsibilities:** > Engage CEOs, CXOs, Business Leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers to shape AI-led transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, and drive executive sponsorship. > Lead executive briefings, innovation workshops, boardroom discussions, and immersive Lab experiences that connect AI capabilities to business outcomes and measurable value. > Drive pipeline creation and opportunity development by translating client challenges into AI-led transformation opportunities, business cases, and strategic pursuits. > Collaborate with sector, competency, alliance, and delivery teams to co-create innovative AI solutions, industry use cases, and offerings that address evolving client needs and emerging market opportunities. > Shape solution approaches, proposals, proofs of concept, and transformation roadmaps by bringing together PwC capabilities, alliance ecosystems, and emerging technologies. > Curate and continuously enhance GenAI Experience Lab content, demonstrations, and industry-specific use cases to showcase PwC capabilities and emerging innovations. > Represent PwC at client forums, industry events, and executive engagements while contributing to AI thought leadership and Go-to-Market initiatives. **Mandatory skill sets:** > Executive stakeholder management and C-suite engagement. > Business development, consultative selling, and opportunity creation. > Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI transformation. > Solution shaping, proposal development, and pursuit management. > Executive communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation. > Cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, alliances, and delivery teams. **Preferred skill sets:** > Experience working within AI, cloud, digital transformation, consulting, or technology advisory environments. > Familiarity with AI ecosystems, hyperscalers, alliance-led solutions, and emerging technology trends. > Experience leading executive briefing centres, innovation labs, or customer experience centres. > Industry experience across Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Financial Services, Consumer Markets, or other priority sectors. **Years of experience required:** 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business development, technology advisory, digital transformation, AI, or related client-facing leadership roles. **Education qualification:** > Bachelor's degree in Engineering > MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. > Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Innovation, or Strategy are advantageous.
