To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. **Job Summary**   We are looking for an experienced   **Azure Stack HCI & VMware Infrastructure Engineer**   with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise virtualization and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong   expertise   in   **Azure Stack HCI, VMware vSphere,   ESXi , vCenter, storage, networking, and disaster recovery solutions** , along with experience in infrastructure automation and cloud integration.     **Responsibilities**   - Design, implement, and manage   **Azure Stack HCI**   environments. - Install, configure, and   maintain   **VMware vSphere,   ESXi , and vCenter Server**   infrastructure. - Monitor and   optimize   virtualization platforms to ensure high availability and performance. - Manage clusters, storage, networking, and virtual machine lifecycle activities. - Configure and   maintain   **Azure Arc integration**   with Azure Stack HCI environments. - Implement infrastructure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. - Perform capacity planning, health monitoring, and performance tuning. - Manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) deployments and upgrades. - Troubleshoot hardware, virtualization, networking, and storage-related issues. - Configure and   maintain   failover clustering and workload migration. - Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams for hybrid cloud deployments. - Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other infrastructure automation tools. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. - Prepare and   maintain   technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams. **Technical Skills**   **Azure Stack HCI**   - Azure Stack HCI deployment and cluster management - Azure Arc integration - Hybrid cloud configuration - Cluster updates and maintenance - Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) - High Availability and Disaster Recovery **VMware Infrastructure**   - VMware   ESXi   administration - vCenter Server administration - Cluster management - HA, DRS,   vMotion , Storage   vMotion - VMware   vSAN - Resource optimization and capacity planning **Operating Systems**   - Windows Server 2019/2022 - Active Directory - DNS, DHCP - Group Policies **Automation & Scripting**   - PowerShell - PowerCLI - Infrastructure automation **Storage & Networking**   - SAN/NAS Storage - Fibre   Channel - iSCSI - VLANs - Network virtualization   **Certifications (Preferred)**   - Microsoft Certified: Azure Stack HCI - Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) - VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/AZ-801)   **Mandatory Skill Sets**   - Azure Stack HCI - VMware vSphere - VMware   ESXi - VMware vCenter - Windows Server Administration - Hyper-V - Failover Clustering - Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) - Azure Arc - PowerShell Scripting   **Preferred Skill Sets**   - Azure Administration - Azure Virtual Machines - Azure Backup & Site Recovery - VMware NSX - VMware   vSAN - SCVMM (System Center Virtual Machine Manager) - Active Directory & DNS - Infrastructure Monitoring Tools - Automation using PowerShell/Ansible - Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Load Balancers) - Disaster Recovery Planning **years of Experience Required**   - 4+ years of experience in virtualization and infrastructure management. - Hands-on experience with Azure Stack HCI deployments and administration. - Strong VMware Infrastructure support and implementation experience. - Experience working in enterprise datacenter and hybrid cloud environments.
