Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams. **How you ll make an impact:** - Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents. - Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials. - Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement. - Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders. - Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers. - Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Living Hitachi Energy s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. **Your Background:** - Bachelor s degree. - Must have 3-4 years of experience. - Should have Experience in logistics or purchasing. - Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules. - Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations and incoterms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail. - Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset. - Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written).
