Job description

Responsible for managing partner helpdesk for incentive payout for tied, APC and wealth channel and provide support for partners under multiple Variable agency channels for Kotak Life. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Weightage** - **Query desk Management** - Manage assist portal for partners responding timely to queries around Payout and hierarchy within pre-determined timlines. - Liaison with support teams to ensure queries relating to MIS, R&R, Persistency, Commission, etc are responded to - End to End support to Partner management team for wealth, APC and tied channel - **Rework Management** - Liaison with partner management team and understanding the queries raised by partners. - Identifying frequently raised queries by partners and reducing frequently asked queries - Releasing the knowledge series to partner management team for new launched schemes and impact on payout - Liaising with HR for end to end payout tracking and end to end tracking of the payout made to each partner - **Salary and incentive calculation and payout for all major variable agency channels of Kotak Life** - Maintaining and reconciling hierarchy of partners - Salary and incentive calculation, validation, audit - Ensure accuracy, TAT and timelines for the payout - **MIS preparation, Partner exception and escalation handling** - Preparation of various MIS to ensure timely communication to Partners - Ensuring fast track resolution of the queries escalated to Senior management - Managing and maintain documentation of the exception taken if any **INTERACTIONS** **Internal Relations: Channel SPOCs, Operations, Accounts, HR, Data Science, R&R, Various channels** **External Relations: Vendors** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS** **Educational Qualifications: B.Com** **Work Experience: Insurance agency/Operations** **Certifications:** **Other skill set:** - Team-Worker - Data analysis - Eye for detail - Communication skills Intersted candidates kindly share me with your updated resume at **jasmine.priya@kotak.com** **whats app - 9653208202** **Note- We are hiring only in western line candidates.**
