**Greetings from TCS!!** **TCS is hiring for Incentive Compenstation (Use Case 3)** **Exp: 8+ years** **Location: Kolkata** - **Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation processes.** - **Experience with ICM platforms such as SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, or Anaplan.** - **Knowledge of commission calculations, quotas, credits, and bonus structures.** - **Strong SQL and data analysis skills.** - **Experience with Excel, reporting, and dashboard tools.** - **Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.** **Preferred Skills** - **Knowledge of ETL/data integration processes.** - **Experience with Power BI or Tableau.** - **Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) concepts.** - **Certification in relevant ICM platforms is a plus**
