**Job Title** – L3 Print Infrastructure Analyst **Position Type** – Full Time **Work Location** –Gurugram **Working Style** – Hybrid **People Manager Role** – No **Required Years of Experience-** 10+years of relevant experience. **General Description Of Role** In this role, you will provide L3 level support for Aon’s enterprise-wide print infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability and performance of large-scale print environments across multiple locations. You will work extensively with HP and Xerox print ecosystems, lead complex troubleshooting and vendor transitions, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a robust and optimized print service. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide L3 level support for enterprise-wide print infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. - Manage and support large-scale print environments (1000+ printers) across multiple locations. - Troubleshoot complex issues related to print servers, print queues, drivers, firmware, and network printing. - Work extensively with HP and Xerox print ecosystems, including tools, drivers, and device management platforms. - Lead and support print vendor transitions (e.g., HP to Xerox or vice versa), including planning, migration, execution, and stabilization. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. - Maintain and manage print servers (Windows/Linux), including clustering, failover, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues. - Monitor the print environment using enterprise monitoring tools and ensure SLA compliance. - Provide support for secure printing, print policies, and cost optimization initiatives. - Participate in on-call rotation and 24x7 support model for critical incidents. - Support capacity planning, printer lifecycle management, and asset tracking. **Technical Skills** SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - Strong experience with HP and Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) environments. - Expertise in: - Print servers (Windows Print Server, Print Management Console). - Printer deployment tools (GPO, SCCM, Intune). - Print protocols (IPP, LPR/LPD, SMB). - Universal Print Drivers (UPD). - Experience with print management tools such as: - HP Web Jetadmin. - Xerox CentreWare / Xerox Workplace Solutions. - Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Experience with Active Directory integration for print services. - Familiarity with cloud print solutions (e.g., Microsoft Universal Print) is a plus. **Operational Skills** - Proven experience supporting: - Enterprise environments (>5000 users). - 1000+ print devices. - Strong background in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework). - Experience handling vendor transitions and migrations. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict SLAs. **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
