**Job Description** Indirect Purchasing Buyer – Professional Services Detailed Roles & Responsibilities - Own the full procurement lifecycle including requirement intake, SOW validation, RFQ creation, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order execution. - Develop clear and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. - Lead contract and agreement management including MSA, SOW, rate cards, and milestone-based contracts. - Ensure contractual compliance with company terms, confidentiality agreements (NDA), and intellectual property protection clauses. - Drive competitive sourcing using Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure selection based on capability, cost, and risk. - Coordinate sourcing approvals including Sourcing Board reviews for higher spend engagements. - Ensure compliance with quality (IATF) and information security (ISO 27001/TISAX) requirements where applicable. - Monitor supplier performance on deliverables, quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Drive continuous improvement through supplier development plans and performance reviews. - Deliver cost savings through negotiation, rate benchmarking, and demand consolidation. **Job Snapshot** Updated Date 29-Jul-2026 Job ID J11149 Job Discipline Indirect Procurement Location VTSC Chennai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Employee Type Full Time Employees
