Hello, Greeting from **"Kotak Life Insurance"** Job Role - Indirect Tax Location - Goregaon East Contact Person - Sangita Mandal (8369252270) Interested person can share there resume at **"sangita.mandal@kotak.com"** **KEY RESPONSIBILITY:** **GST Compliance, Reporting & Litigations support** - Ensure and manage PAN India GST Compliance and reporting on timely manner. - Conversant with voluminous Data processing and GST Reporting through ASP-GSP. - Ensuring ITC Matching and Optimization strategy including process improvement. - Support for filing replies to GST Notices, intimations, Assessments and Audits on timely manner - Proactively arrange for all the information/details/documents for submission & assessment. - Drafting of responses and replies under guidance of Group Taxation Team / Consultants. - Continuously update tax litigation tracker with SCNs /orders including timelines etc. - To identify new ideas of improvement in existing processes. - Periodic reporting to Management. - Co-ordinate with Statutory / Internal / Special Auditors for periodic review and resolution of queries, if any. - Pro-actively analyse GST Amendments/Rulings &arrive at a solution for any major change/amendment in IDT law for implementation and shall keep management updated on same & share the updates with the relevant teams within Kotak Life - Implementation of Amendment to GST laws should be made at the earliest after evaluating detailed pros and cons on various Products offered at Kotak Life. - To assist, independently manage and get actively involved in IDT related changes.
