At Tata Elxsi, you matter.** We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Industrial Designer – Packaging Innovation with experience in packaging design and development. The ideal candidate will combine strong industrial design capability with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including offshore engineering partners. Location: Mumbai Experience: 4– 6 Years Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to drive packaging innovation aligned with customer goals and market needs. - Build strong working relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders across design, engineering, and program management. - Facilitate creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design-thinking activities. - Develop innovative industrial design and packaging concepts balancing creativity and manufacturability. - Partner with offshore engineering teams to translate concepts into detailed designs. - Support end-to-end development: concept creation, refinement, prototyping, testing, and CAD release. - Ensure effective coordination between onsite and offshore teams. - Present design concepts and recommendations clearly. Qualifications: - Master’s degree/ bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Packaging Design or related field.
