Offerings cover comprehensive insured benefits program setup and oversight, aligning benefit plans with corporate objectives, and using our significant purchasing influence to achieve cost-effective results for clients. **General Description Of Role** The Industry Solutions role is accountable for growing the footprint of Aon HS benefit broking solutions to new clients in target industry segments like (1) GCC (2) Financial Institutions. Both segments include General Industry clients as well till we add additional segments. Focus for future years will be Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences and Engineering & Manufacturing and specialists will be encouraged to rotate **Job Responsibilities** - The role primarily be an IC client facing role and focus on enhancing revenue via penetration to new clients within target industries. - Will support client teams at client benefit consulting activities including client benchmarking, claims reviews, and consulting projects for the clients with a view to enhance cross sell opportunities / value perception for the team or initiate new projects. - Actively support collaborating among solution lines and with non-HS lines to support the pursuit of cross-selling opportunities into non-HS lines (HCS, WS, CRS and RIS) with focus on target industries - Work on developing thought leadership including whitepapers that highlight the intellectual capital of the team for the specified industry/products covering benefit trends, workplace practices among other broader human capital areas - Provide accurate closure and forecast report on monthly, quarterly and end-of-year business revenues for product and industry penetration objectives. - To develop new clients (large clients) for Health Solutions and support sales teams on developing business cases using benefit trends / new benefit design structures to the clients. - The incumbent will generate and manage key prospect relationships as well as define and execute a penetration strategy for existing clients in the region. **Key Performance Indicators** - Target pre-agreed large / mid-sized segment prospects and show measurable improvement in sales as well as footprint in the industry segments / product solutions assigned - Supporting the sales teams to achieve the sales targets of the region (supporting Sales) - Create value for prospects through non price areas **Skills/Competencies Required** - MBA with Professional insurance or benefits qualifications preferred - Any additional training or certification in employee benefits, health economics, or wellness is an advantage. - Typically, 10+ years’ experience in employee benefits within insurance broking, consulting, underwriting, or corporate benefits management. Client-centric mindset and strong relationship management skills. - Strategic thinking with the ability to design multi-year benefit strategies. - Strong technical understanding of group health and risk products (medical, life, disability, accident, etc.) and current market practices. - Proven track record leading large or complex client accounts and/or portfolios. - Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders (CHRO, Head of Rewards, CFO, HR Directors). - Strong negotiation skills and proven success in delivering favorable outcomes in renewals and tenders. - Commercially minded, with experience supporting or leading business development efforts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and facilitation capabilities. **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
