Senior Software Engineer Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & AWS About the Role Join **Infor Process Intelligence (IPI)**, a process mining and business intelligence solution within Infor CloudSuite ERP. IPI helps organizations analyze ERP-driven business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence through data-driven insights. We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** with strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, SQL, and REST APIs** to design, build, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence within an agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture**. - Lead and guide a multidisciplinary agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, product managers, and business analysts to define and implement technical solutions. - Build and enhance **RESTful APIs** and backend services for cloud-native applications. - Develop and optimize data models, queries, and integrations using **SQL** databases. - Leverage **AWS cloud services** to build secure, reliable, and scalable applications. - Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices. - Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements.
