**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and other related tools. - Troubleshoot issues with data integration processes and resolve problems efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions. - Develop strong understanding of client requirements and provide effective communication during issue resolution. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2-9 years of experience in Production Support role with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or similar technologies. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc.,B.Tech.,). - Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
