Informatica PowerCenter Production Support Engineer

**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Data Analytics Unit **Responsibilities** - Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter pipelines. - Monitor ETL jobs, identify failures, and ensure timely resolution. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. - Work closely with business stakeholders and upstream/downstream teams. - Handle incident, problem, and change requests via ServiceNow. - Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting. - Perform Unix-level debugging and script execution. - Ensure adherence to SLAs and support documentation. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** **Primary Skills:** - Informatica PowerCenter - SQL - UNIX - Production Support exposure **Secondary Skills (Good to Have):** - ServiceNow - Azure Cloud (Basic knowledge preferred) **Preferred Skills:** - Technology->Data Management - Data Integration->Informatica->Informatica - Informatica Power Center
