Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime. - Troubleshoot and resolve ETL processes, data flow problems, and performance bottlenecks using ITIL methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions through change management processes. - Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective application support services. - Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support environment. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter Production Support or similar roles. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E., B.C.A.). - Strong understanding of Informatica PowerCenter architecture, configuration, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices. - Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server; knowledge of Unix shell scripting is an added advantage.
