**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager **Location** : Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata,Noida **Experience:** 6–15 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies along with proven project management experience. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure initiatives while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. - Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. - Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests. - Drive infrastructure implementation, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. - Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes. - Conduct project review meetings, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks. - Ensure compliance with security, operational, and IT service management standards. Required Technical Skills - Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server administration. - Experience with Active Directory and identity management. - Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS. - Good knowledge of enterprise networking concepts. - Experience with Storage and Backup solutions. - Understanding of Data Center Migration and Infrastructure Transformation projects. - Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes. - Experience using ServiceNow for incident, change, and project management. Required Skills - Strong project planning and execution capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. - Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management. - Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. - Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) are an added advantage. Preferred Experience - 6–15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects. - Experience working in large enterprise or global delivery environments. - Exposure to hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
