**Job Description :** We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to design, implement, and support enterprise sales processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, integration with other SAP modules, system enhancements, and end-to-end implementation projects. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that streamline order-to-cash processes and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities :** - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions. - Configure and customize SAP SD modules to support business processes. - Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. - Design and implement solutions for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. - Collaborate with ABAP developers to develop enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations. - Configure sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, sales offices, shipping points, and partner determination. - Work on pricing procedures, output determination, account determination, and tax configuration. - Perform system integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, CRM, and other enterprise applications. - Support interfaces with third-party applications using IDocs, APIs, RFCs, and middleware. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment. - Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions. - Participate in change management, release management, and transport activities. - Prepare technical and functional documentation, training materials, and user guides. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and security policies. - Support business users during hypercare and post-go-live stabilization phases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. - Provide estimates, technical guidance, and recommendations during project planning. **Required Technical Skills and Preferred Skills :** - Experience with multiple SAP implementation and rollout projects. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. - Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, EWM, and CRM. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. - Understanding of EDI and third-party logistics integrations. - Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern SAP user experience solutions. **Qualifications :** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, B.Sc., or a related discipline. - 5-10 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience. - SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
