**Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Engineer** **Job Type: Full-Time** **Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office)** **Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru** **Experience: 6 - 12 Years** **Working Hours: 5 PM - 2 AM** **Role Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent automation solutions across IT Operations and enterprise processes. The role focuses on knowledge around agentic automation, AI/ML-driven decisioning and strong experience on end-to-end orchestration using platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and custom agentic frameworks. The ideal candidate blends strong scripting and integration skills with process thinking, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and accelerate resolution. **Key Responsibilities** **Scripting & Integrations** - Develop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash. - Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations. - Handle authentication mechanisms (OAuth, tokens, certificates). - Ensure idempotency, error handling, retries and observability in automations. **Process Automation & Optimization** - Analyze IT and business processes to identify automation opportunities. - Translate manual SOPs and runbooks into digital and agentic runbooks. - Drive process standardization before automation. - Measure automation effectiveness (MTTR reduction, effort saved, success rate). **Governance, Reliability & Security** - Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for automation flows. - Ensure compliance with security, access control, and audit requirements. - Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotion strategies. - Define automation guardrails, rollback strategies, and kill-switch mechanisms. **Platform & Tooling** - Develop advanced automations using ServiceNow, Build workflows and orchestrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, and connectors. - Integrate with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. **Core Skills** **Required Skills & Experience** - 4 - 6 years of experience in IT automation, orchestration or platform engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Jira OR ServiceNow automation and integrations OR experience with Power Automate / Logic Apps for enterprise workflows. - Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for automation and agent logic. **Agentic & AI/ML** - Knowledge on agent-based automation or AI-driven workflows. - Understanding of LLMs, ML models, prompt orchestration and tool calling. - Knowledge on integrating AI services (Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar). **Integration & Systems** - Strong API integration experience across ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and SaaS tools. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and event-driven architectures. - Experience automating across hybrid environments. **Preferred / Nice To Have** - Knowledge of AIOps, monitoring automation, and incident remediation. - Experience with ServiceNow IRM, ITOM, or CSM modules. - Exposure to RPA tools alongside API-based automation. - DevOps experience (Git, pipelines, IaC concepts).
