Translate architectural designs into scalable, secure, and high-performance production environments through reliable implementation and automation. **Must have skills :** Exadata Administration **Good to have skills :** NA **Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required** **Educational Qualification :** 15 years full time education Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the definition of requirements and contributing to the design and construction of data center technology components. The role includes active participation in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of infrastructure solutions. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technology implementations with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of data center environments. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. * Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure projects with business requirements. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Exadata Administration. * Experience in managing and maintaining large-scale database infrastructure environments. * Strong understanding of storage, networking, and server technologies related to data center operations. * Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for infrastructure issues. * Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes in complex environments. * Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to support evolving business needs. Additional Information: * The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Exadata Administration. * This position is based at our Bengaluru office. * A 15 years full time education is required.
