We are looking for a dynamic Presales Architect to join our growing Infrastructure Services team. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise Infrastructure sourcing opportunities, engage with senior customer stakeholders, collaborate with practice teams and partners, and help shape winning solutions in a fast-evolving market. **What Youll Do** - Work as solutions lead and support sales teams with solution strategy and deal shaping - Assess customer environments to identify challenges, opportunities, and transformation roadmaps. - Deliver impactful demos, presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures. - Gain hands on experience by creating Digital Workplace and Infrastructure services solutions - Collaborate with product and practice teams to bring new innovative solutions for customers - Participate in industry events and customer engagements. **What Were Looking For** - Strong presales or solution architecture experience (3 -12 years ) in cross tower infrastructure services including Digital Workplace Services , Cloud and DC Services , Network and Security Services and Service Management Services - Good understanding of Digital Workplace Services , IT infrastructure, cloud, modernization, and managed services landscapes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution development skills - Good understanding of AI solution enablers and solution components in IT infrastructure services - Conversant with AI platforms for RFP response development, solution ideation, and improvement of presales deliverables - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, delivery, alliances, and leadership teams. **What you will get** - Clear path to onsite sales and business leadership roles - High customer visibility with opportunities to engage directly with enterprise clients and strategic partners - Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact deals involving modern infrastructure and AI-enabled solutioning - A flat hierarchy where you can work closely with senior leaders and influence decisions - Exposure to a growing organization with strong opportunities for career progression - A collaborative and fast-paced environment that values ownership, innovation, and solution thinking - Stay ahead of curve with learning and certification opportunities( GenAI , Cloud et al**)**
