Job description

Role & responsibilities 1. His responsibilities include monitoring existing branch infrastructure, branch shifting activities, branch renewal works, preparation and approval of layout plans, guest house remodelling works and other civil and interior-related projects. 2. During the current financial year, the Company has planned substantial expansion activities across MFL, MML, Unsecured lending and BML businesses. The estimated infrastructure workload comprises approximately 1,000 projects involving new branch opening 3. In addition to the above, the construction and development of the new Corporate Office building requires continuous monitoring, coordination and supervision until completion of the project. 4. Considering the existing workload handled by a single resource and the significant increase in infrastructure activities planned during the current financial year, additional manpower is required to ensure timely execution, effective monitoring and quality control of all infrastructure projects 5. Two Infrastructure Manager shall function as additional support to Sr. manager and jointly oversee infrastructure activities relating to MFL and MML, including branch expansion, shifting, renewal, layout planning and remodelling RO/ZO and New Office projects Preferred candidate profile (1) Diploma Holder / BE/ B Tech - Civil Engineering (2) Two years of experience in Civil contracts/works and drafting/drawings (3) AutoCAD certification
