Job description

Role & responsibilities • Support Internal Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Teams across geographies for execution and participation in departmental Innovation initiatives by coordinating engagement activities, facilitating timely information flow, and tracking deliverables and participation metrics. • Support Participants of Innovation Events by responding to queries, troubleshooting participation or online platform-related issues, and coordinating resolutions to ensure smooth user experience. • Collect, consolidate, and maintain data for the departmental initiatives using Excel and assist in preparing structured reports and dashboards for stakeholder visibility. • Assist in cross-checking received data for completeness and quality as per defined standards and support timely report preparation. • Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data tracking and reporting, including VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and basic charts, to support analysis and reporting needs. • Support the preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and assist in validating data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined requirements. Preferred candidate profile Core requirements (Must have) • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive & Teams) • Analysing Excel spreadsheets and preparing Pivot Tables and Graphs/Charts • Strong people-orientation and ability to support people both in person and online across various levels and domains • Working in a dynamic team environment and under time pressure • Good fluency (verbal & written) in English is a must. • Creating multi-media presentations in PowerPoint Additional requirements (Nice to have) • Spoken fluency in Hindi, Tamil & Kannada will be a plus. • Basic knowledge of design software (Canva or Illustrator) for poster creation • Basic Photo/video editing skills (Photoshop)
