**Role & responsibilities** • Must have at least 3 to 15 years application operations experience in M365 apps like SPO, Teams, outlook, OneDrive etc. at L2 and L3 level. • Drive meeting with end users to understand issues, troubleshoot issues and fix the issues. • Experience/knowledge in managing group-based licenses, validation of new changes from MS and configurations at tenant level • Hands-on experience in writing PowerShell scripting • Experience in troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint online , Teams, OneDrive , office suite etc. • Experience in Incident management, Problem management and change management processes. • Hand-on experience in working knowledge articles Good-to-Have Experience / knowledge in MS Azure Key Responsibilities\\* - Perform all support activities, proactively identify issues and propose solutions - Participate in every weeks governance meetings - Perform all administration activities, proactively identify issues and propose solutions - Provide technical support in rolling out the apps - Coordinate with development and support teams
