The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to prospective customers. - Explain products/services and generate sales. - Follow up on leads and convert them into customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. **Requirements:** - 03 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales. - Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi/Tamil (preferred). - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
