**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a high volume of inbound calls from potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. - Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through our financial services offerings. - Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call handling, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. **Job Requirements :** - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related field (e.g., banking, finance). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts simply over the phone. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of basic mathematical calculations for quick problem-solving during calls.
