**Job Role:** We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Manager to join our growing team at Delhiver-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Customer Acquisition: - Acquiring new customers. Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring new customers. 2. Market Analysis: - Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns. - Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs. - Expand current serviceability. 3. Sales Reporting: - Track and report on sales activities and outcomes. - Provide regular updates to the management team. 4. Plan BTL activities for the city. **Requirements:** 1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. 2. Proficiency in Telegu is required 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and google sheet 6. Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
