Job description

**Insidesales Specialist** **Roles & Responsibilities** - Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails) and willing to work in ASIA/APAC hours - Understanding customers' needs, answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email - Research and maintain the database of prospects - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers - Acquire good industry & solution knowledge to overcome objections of prospective customers - Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure - Achieving targets as set out by the business - Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information **Desired Skills** - Excellent oral and written communication with good listening skills - Should have Singapore, Malaysia and India Region calling experience. - Hands on experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, ISV Tech, Telco etc. (Any Domain/Verticals). - In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry - Knowledge & experience on selling IT services to verticals like Healthcare, Life science, Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. - Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo... - Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation and pre-call planning. - Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics
