Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Coordination of overall installation matters (installation documentation, resources, tools, materials, etc.) - Preparation and coordination of a generally optimised installation schedule - Overall planning and optimization of site staff (supervision and labour) - Overall coordination of the installation sequence, installation documentation and scheduling - Define and allocate clear roles and responsibilities of the site team, create detailed project site organisation - Review of the clients responsibilities with respect to site infrastructure (electricity, water, telephone, internet, cranes, roads, storage areas, etc.) - Coordination of site infrastructure planning and purchasing in regard to common usage of storage, means of transport, accommodation, energy supply, communication facilities, forklift, cranes, storage, tools, consumables etc. - Organisation of Site Mobilisation and Site Close-Down meeting - Coordination of mobilising and demobilising of temporary site equipment (tools, ) - Coordination of specifications for installation work and negotiation with a general installation contractor or consortium partner in coordination with purchasing, CM - Support the PM with the organisation of the Installation Kick-Off Meeting and organize regular meetings with all Installation Engineers **Preferred candidate profile** • Hydro power plant installation sequences • Interfaces between various packages in a hydro power plant • Service bay occupancy planning and micro scheduling of site activities • In effective coordination between various functions involved within the organization, outside paries like civil, hydro mechanical, consultants, customer, contractors etc. • Subcontracting • Claim management
